The Tenants Downstairs

In this vivid and unsettling tale, the lives of tormented individuals intertwine and drift apart within an apartment complex managed by a landlord, played by Simon Yam. He is on a quest to find a specific kind of tenant for the building he has inherited from his family. Motivated by a fascination with the shadowy corners of human behavior, he observes through ever-watchful cameras. What he witnesses is far from pleasant, yet it provides him with a twisted, grim satisfaction akin to that of a dark deity, overseeing and mocking the tormented souls, his imagination drawn inexorably towards them.
