The Makeover

In this modern twist on George Bernard Shaw’s “Pygmalion,” the genders of the lead characters are swapped. Hannah Higgins, a sophisticated woman, takes on the challenge of transforming Elliot Doolittle, a working-class beer seller from Boston, into a credible candidate. Along the way, she unexpectedly gains insight into Elliot’s world.
