The Hagstone Demon

Douglas Elmore, a writer struggling with alcoholism, is tormented by the ghostly presence of his deceased wife and is hunted by otherworldly entities seeking vengeance for his previous actions. As residents of his brownstone apartment begin to die mysteriously in the corridors and staircases, Douglas becomes suspicious of Karna, an enigmatic and seductive homeless prostitute who takes refuge in his basement during the day and roams the deserted city at night. However, as the death toll rises, Douglas finds himself caught between his intensifying fascination with Karna and the looming danger of being implicated in the murders. He must uncover the source of the malevolence within the ancient Hagstone building before his past secrets resurface to destroy him.
