A close-knit circle of friends finds themselves on a dangerous collision with fate when they encounter Alexander Tatum, a mercenary with surgical expertise. Once the hunted, he has now become the hunter. The group soon discovers that Alexander is merely the tip of the iceberg, as they become entangled in a desperate struggle for survival against a sociopathic businessman and his malevolent team, who are relentless in their pursuit of success in the illegal trade of human organs.
