A massive meteor is rapidly approaching Earth. In response, a space defense system fires a missile that appears to obliterate the meteor. However, a fragment of the meteor crashes in an isolated region of Europe. Meanwhile, a rising American rock band is on a European tour when their van breaks down… close to the meteor’s landing site. The surroundings are unsettlingly silent, and although the band discovers signs of habitation, they encounter no people. Slowly, they start to unravel the mystery, but the meteor’s presence begins to have a lethal impact on them.
