Rider Jack

Jack, whose life has been largely unsuccessful, fantasizes about starting anew in a foreign land. However, he finds himself unexpectedly tasked with looking after his estranged father, Paul, whom he hasn’t encountered since he was a child. Paul, afflicted with Alzheimer’s, seeks reconciliation with his son while he still has the chance. Yet, Jack harbors entirely different intentions for his father. As their contrasting worlds clash, a trip to Ticino, the Italian-speaking region of Switzerland, evolves into a journey that unearths a long-buried and painful past.
