Tommy, a determined laboratory technician in the industrial food sector, previously dubbed “The Apostate” in the industry, appears to have recommitted himself to creating scientifically modified meat. This film, set in a dystopian future filled with genetic manipulation, corporate influence over government, and widespread disease, ultimately focuses on Tommy’s isolation and the personal experiment he undertakes at home.
