Aspiring screenwriter Josh Kendricks unexpectedly becomes the protagonist of a real-life catastrophe when massive volcanic eruptions start occurring throughout Los Angeles. Teaming up with eccentric scientist-turned-author Quinn Irwin and glamorous Hollywood star Kat Rivers, Josh must work with them to deliver Quinn’s crucial findings to the mayor in a race against time to prevent the city from being obliterated by a final, devastating eruption.
