The Penguins of Madagascar Season 1 Episode 9

After Mort accidentally destroys Julien’s floating chair because of his obsession with his feet, the king establishes a law saying that anyone who touches his feet will be banished from the ”kingdom”. Mort disobeys it in his sleep, causing him to be kicked out forever. However, the penguins make him feet-phobic and he stops obsessing. Later, Julien floats away in his chair and Mort has to save him from falling into a hot dog stand. He becomes obsessed again and saves him from death.
