Confessions of a Serial Killer

After his arrest, a man from Texas starts admitting to the horrific killings of more than 200 women. He describes how he chose his victims at random and traveled with his friend and the friend’s sister. However, the authorities remain skeptical of his claims until he leads them to a body and presents some polaroid photos. This film is inspired by the real-life events surrounding Henry Lee Lucas.
